Heart Buddy offers continuous heart rate monitoring, alerting users to abnormal heart rates that may indicate underlying health issues such as seizures or pacemaker malfunctions.

Remote control capability via a second Apple device over Wi-Fi to extend monitoring range beyond Bluetooth limits.
Heart rate data stored on the device and optionally in the cloud for convenient access.
Review past heart rate charts to identify trends and gain insights into heart rate patterns.
Share heart rate charts with family, healthcare professionals, or other devices.
Heart Zones feature provides real-time updates on heart rate changes without needing to check the app constantly.
Connect phone/iPad to a bluetooth speaker for remote alarm notifications within the household.

Compatible Heart Rate Sensor:

Requires external sensors like Wahoo TickR Fit, Polar Heart Sensor, or any low-energy Bluetooth (BTLE) heart rate sensor for operation.
The Wahoo Tickr Fit sensor has a battery life of up to 30 hours, allowing overnight heart rate monitoring with uninterrupted service.
FitBit devices are not suitable for continuous real-time heart rate monitoring due to their limitations in providing live heart rate data.
