Compatible Heart Rate Sensor:

<li>Requires external sensors like Wahoo TickR Fit, Polar Heart Sensor, or any low-energy Bluetooth (BTLE) heart rate sensor for operation.</li>
<li>The Wahoo Tickr Fit sensor has a battery life of up to 30 hours, allowing overnight heart rate monitoring with uninterrupted service.</li>
<li>FitBit devices are not suitable for continuous real-time heart rate monitoring due to their limitations in providing live heart rate data.</li>
